Summary
Client was a national bank. The project was a two-year social media management contract (2017 - 2019).
The project commenced with a full audit of all digital assets of the bank.
Under this contract, the company was tasked with leveraging on its cross-functional team to create the necessary content for creating community engagement, improving product knowledge, managing relations with the public, coordinate with the client's in-house lead to acquire consent and make all necessary recommended alterations as instructed to content, publish approved content according to pre-approved schedules and escalating issues that are beyond the scope and responsibility of the agency to the client for responses.
Specifics tasks
i. Content generation (text, image and video) for the bank's Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn profiles.
ii. Content generation (text, image and video) for the bank's website including blog posts and related SEO improving strategies.
iii. Increasing followers on all platforms. Achieved the following in the contract period: Twitter: 900% increase; Facebook: 350% increase.
iv. Increasing and managing engagement on all platforms. Responding to customer enquiries (as high as 300 queries per day)
v. Running monthly paid campaigns on Twitter and Facebook
