Summary

The client, BF Suma, is a US-based, leading nutritional supplements company with footprints across the globe. After the success of their 10th year anniversary celebrations of operating in Africa in 2018, client desired to hold a grand event in Abuja, Nigeria which will be a gathering of major distributors from around the continent for an awards ceremony.

Client engaged Media Range to execute a 6-month nationwide radio, print, TV and social media event awareness campaign that will both create publicity for the event as well as help deepen awareness about the company across the country.

The brief also included total event management services for the award ceremony. The event was held at the Event Centre of Chida Hotel, Abuja.

Specific tasks

1. Create awareness about the event, the parent company and the products

2. Increase market share of voice

3. Improve customer relations

4. Educate the general public about the BF-Suma brand

5. Stimulate public interest

These were the focus of multi-format pre and post-event content built around the theme, "New Decade, New BF-Suma" disseminated through traditional and new media channels over a 4-month period.
